Responsibilities:
  •   Build strong client relationships – our top priority.
  •   Handle inbound sales and service calls, inputting details into our CRM.
  •   Set appointments for prospective customers from inbound calls.
  •   Re-engage stale leads from the CRM via calls and texts to schedule appointments.
  •   Follow the clients sales process and maintain regular communication with management.
  •   Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support via phone, text, and email.
  •   Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the CRM.
  •   Maintain professionalism and a positive impression on all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, with strong phone sales skills.
  • Prior experience in similar position - Sales & Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Positive, confident attitude with exceptional communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat culture.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Excel.
