Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships – our top priority.
- Handle inbound sales and service calls, inputting details into our CRM.
- Set appointments for prospective customers from inbound calls.
- Re-engage stale leads from the CRM via calls and texts to schedule appointments.
- Follow the clients sales process and maintain regular communication with management.
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support via phone, text, and email.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the CRM.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive impression on all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, with strong phone sales skills.
- Prior experience in similar position - Sales & Customer Service
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Positive, confident attitude with exceptional communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat culture.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Excel.
