About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer who combines technical mastery with ownership and strong judgment. You’ll design and animate engaging learning experiences, lead visual direction across courses, and collaborate closely with a growing production team and leadership to deliver best-in-class educational content. This role requires someone who is proactive, accountable, and highly reliable with deadlines—someone who can both produce exceptional work and keep the team operating as one, maintaining consistency, quality, and brand compliance at scale.

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce short-form educational videos from full production packages (script, storyboard, AI/filmed presenter, assets)
• Design and animate motion graphics that visually reinforce learning concepts
• Build hard-skill tutorial sequences showing users how to use tools and software step by step
• Follow brand guidelines precisely — our clients' and our own
• Source and integrate stock imagery cleanly into your edits
• Maintain consistent symmetry, safe zones, and clean spacing across all deliverables
• Track your production time per video to support scheduling
• Collaborate async with the production team and communicate proactively
• Set and maintain the visual style and motion guidelines for each course, ensuring consistency across all videos in a learning path.
• Review and quality-control work from intermediate motion designers, providing clear feedback and requesting revisions when needed.
• Ensure all outputs strictly follow client brand guidelines and internal quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong motion graphics skills — you make words come alive visually
• Clean, intentional design sensibility — you understand layout, spacing, and restraint
• Experience with educational or tutorial-style video content
• Ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality
• Fluent in English — this one's important to us. Because we're in the business of learning, you'll need to deeply understand scripts, syllabi, and learning objectives in order to translate the written word into meaningful visuals. If the language doesn't land with you first, it can't land with the learner.
• Reliable, communicative, and self-directed — you thrive working remotely
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Familiarity with stock image platforms is a plus
