Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of CRM campaigns for a betting platform. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, a deep understanding of player behavior, and solid experience with CRM, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in driving engagement, retention, and user value, acting as a bridge between strategy, data, and execution while collaborating closely with Tech, Data, Product, and Marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize recurring and seasonal CRM campaigns across multiple channels
(Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and others), ensuring impact on engagement, retention, and
user value - Ensure accurate and timely execution of all CRM activations, including scheduling, launches,
operational validations, and post-campaign follow-ups - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key CRM KPIs (retention, churn,
conversion, reactivation, LTV), delivering actionable insights and short-term optimizations - Identify operational and behavioral risks and opportunities within the user base, proposing
improvements to journeys, segmentations, rules, and communications - Build, maintain, and evolve audience segmentations and operational data extractions to
support campaigns, tests, and analyses - Perform end-to-end quality assurance (QA) of communications, segmentations, business rules,
and automated journeys - Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, ensuring proper setup, measurement, and
interpretation of results - Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM operations by proposing
enhancements to processes, routines, and best practices, with a focus on efficiency and
scalability - Support the evolution of CRM strategies across the user lifecycle through data analysis,
experimentation, and continuous learning
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
- Solid experience (5+ years) in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign
execution - Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Optimove, HubSpot,
Insider, RD Station, or similar tools - Experience managing multi-channel communications (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance indicators
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis, operational validation, and data organization
(formulas, pivot tables, data cross-checks) - Fluent English for reading, writing, and communication in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in fast-paced,
cross-functional environments
