Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to contribute to the evolution of our Generosity vertical, with a strong focus on promotion logic, campaign mechanics, and scalable internal systems such as CRM. This role will be critical in helping us build the product and operational foundations that make customer experiences more engaging while enabling the business to run promotions in a secure, efficient, and scalable way. You will work at the intersection of Product, CRM, Data, Engineering, Design, and commercial operations to shape products such as our Bonus Engine, segmentation capabilities, and back office tools that empower internal teams to configure and launch campaigns with autonomy and control. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building data-driven internal platforms, simplifying complex operational workflows, and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery and prototyping.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Generosity and Promotions ecosystem
- Design the Bonus Engine and internal back office tools used to configure, launch, and manage campaigns
- Design and build CRM systems that enable scalable campaign creation, orchestration, and execution
- Partner with CRM and Data teams to improve segmentation, targeting, and promotion distribution
- Translate complex business rules and operational needs into scalable product solutions
- Define success metrics and use performance insights to continuously improve products and campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- Strong product thinking with the ability to structure complex problems into clear solutions
- Experience building internal systems, operational platforms, or back office products
- A data-driven and pragmatic mindset, with sound judgment in prioritization and decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows and modern product development practices
We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:
- Built and scaled products with complex workflows, business rules, permissions, or configuration layers
- Worked on systems related to CRM, promotions, campaign management, segmentation, or similar operational domains
- Partnered effectively with Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable, reliable product solutions
- Used data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes to guide product decisions
- Operated with autonomy in fast-paced environments and driven execution from discovery to delivery
- Used AI tools in a practical way to accelerate prototyping, ideation, or product workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or other high-scale transactional environments
- Familiarity with bonus mechanics, retention systems, or customer lifecycle products
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered targeting, recommendation, or automation systems
- Hands-on experience prototyping internal tools or back office UI with AI-powered tools
