This role sits at the intersection of media, e-commerce, and culture, with full responsibility for driving audience growth, converting attention into revenue, and positioning the brand as a leading football collectibles company in Europe.
You will work closely with founders, on-screen talent, creators, and key partners—including athletes and distribution platforms—to transform moments, product releases, and storytelling into measurable commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and cares as much about performance as creativity.

Knowledgeable in e-commerce operations, including strategy, execution, and performance optimization to drive online sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead day-to-day marketing execution across social, email, website, and live commerce platforms
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns around product drops, box breaks, athlete appearances, and major football moments
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across Shopify, Whatnot, and emerging sales channels
- Oversee content performance across short-form, long-form, and live formats, continuously optimising for growth, engagement, and revenue impact
- Test, manage, and scale paid media initiatives across Meta, Google, and TikTok where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and on-screen talent to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement, and revenue attribution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or media-led brands, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of social-first growth strategies and performance marketing fundamentals
- Highly commercial mindset—you prioritise revenue outcomes, not just reach or views
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable moving quickly while managing multiple initiatives at once
- Strong interest in football, collectibles, culture, or sports media is a significant plus
