Who You Are 

  • 10 years of experience in a sales position.
  • +4 years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payment and/or complex payments solutions.
  • Developed and executed comprehensive sales strategies for institutional and corporate clients.
  • Previous sales experience at a financial institution/large brokerage firm.
  • English fluency
  • Proven experience in business development and sales as a hunter.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.

What You Will Do 

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP (Unique Selling Proposition) to win new business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
  • Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
  • 360 sales cycle, open and close new business.
  • Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
  • Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience.
