About the position

Base salary: R$3,000 per month, plus commissions.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.

- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Track sales metrics and report progress to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional language (Spanish) skills are a plus.

- Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage.

Skills: Informational communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and candidate-oriented.

Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM systems, VoIP, project/task management apps (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.).
