Graphic Designer

What we're looking for

You’re a hands-on Graphic Designer who loves bringing brands to life through email and print. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy juggling multiple requests, and feel comfortable designing without a rigid rulebook. You’re excited to support a premium, wellness-focused brand that’s scaling quickly and needs a designer with both execution skills and creative vision.

Our client is a fast-growing, US-based franchise brand in the health and wellness space. They offer a premium service with a strong focus on aesthetics, consistency, and customer experience. The team is small, collaborative, and operating in true startup mode. You’ll play a key role in helping the brand scale across dozens of new locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-quality email assets tied to monthly campaigns and ongoing needs.
• Create a wide range of print materials, including POS signage, brochures, event collateral, window graphics, and ads.
• Support landing page design and static social assets (paid and organic) as needed.
• Translate campaign concepts into scalable visual systems for franchise locations.
• Build master designs and convert them into Canva templates for local teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the in-house Creative Lead to evolve the brand.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design experience with a clear focus on email and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities with ease.
• Experience executing independently and making smart design decisions.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Monday (or similar PM tools).

Nice to Have

• Landing page design experience.
• Static social design for paid ads and organic content.
• Background in agency environments.
• Experience with franchise, fitness, wellness, or premium service brands.
• Figma experience and interest in brand systems.
