In your day-to-day, you will 

• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows
• Manage audience lists and segmentation for relevance and deliverability
• Implement advanced personalization and automation using Klaviyo
• Track and report on email performance metrics
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on messaging and design
• Explore and implement SMS campaigns
• Leverage tools like Zapier, Windmill, and Kustomer for automation

Skills you have 

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email automation
• Proficiency in Klaviyo
• Strong analytical and detail oriented skills
• Knowledge about social media trends

Skills that will make you stand out 

• Experience with Kustomer, Windmill, and/or Zapier
• HTML/CSS for email templates
• A/B testing and copywriting experience
• Knowledge in AI workflows
• Background in health, wellness, science, or longevity
