Overview of the role:

The IT Recruiter position focuses on strategically analyzing existing pools of pre-vetted candidates to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. This role serves as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved through analytical, adaptable, and discerning approaches.

Key responsibilities:

- Handling and filling openings successfully, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.

- Reviewing and filtering candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.

- Writing summaries and editing resumes to present candidates effectively.

- Managing communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

- IT Recruiting Experience: Background working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.

- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and capability to present candidates effectively.

- Language Skills: Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication abilities.

Additional skills preferred:

- Technical Background: Previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.
