We're working with a fast-growing US-based women’s underwear brand redefining intimates through comfort, empowerment, and impact. Known for their seamless designs and social mission, they operate on a subscription model and reinvest a portion of profits into microloans for women entrepreneurs around the globe.

They're looking for a hands-on, proactive Mid to Senior Video Editor to craft high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. If you thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative environment where you can take creative ownership, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Apply proven performance techniques (like “heartbeat editing” for Facebook).
  • Iterate on creative variations based on performance insights.
  • Track trends in paid social, UGC, and digital advertising, proactively proposing new ideas.
  • Suggest improvements grounded in data, trends, and intuition.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and objective.

What You Bring

  • Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable operating without micromanagement.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how creative drives performance—not just how to edit.
  • Confident taking simple briefs or references and turning them into polished, effective ads.
  • A strong problem-solver with a “go-getter” mindset—you identify opportunities and act on them.
  • 5+ years of experience editing digital ads for DTC brands or agencies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite and ClickUp.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI tools in the creative process.
  • Prior experience editing for fashion or e-commerce brands.
