Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Book qualified sales calls for global logistics and freight services
- Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects and uncover real freight needs
- Keep CRM notes tight, clean, and always up to date
- Follow up fast (and often) to drive conversions
- Support sales with lead research and pipeline maintenance
- Maintain strong communication loops with the sales team
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Experience booking calls for logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Knows INCOTERMS, FCL vs. LCL, quoting basics, and freight terminology
- Strong written + spoken English
- Comfortable with cold outreach—persistent, confident, and human
- Organized, reliable, and detail-driven
- CRM experience a plus
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong follow-up habits
- Applicants based in LATAM are a big plus, but not required
