Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Book qualified sales calls for global logistics and freight services
  • Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify prospects and uncover real freight needs
  • Keep CRM notes tight, clean, and always up to date
  • Follow up fast (and often) to drive conversions
  • Support sales with lead research and pipeline maintenance
  • Maintain strong communication loops with the sales team

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Experience booking calls for logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
  • Knows INCOTERMS, FCL vs. LCL, quoting basics, and freight terminology
  • Strong written + spoken English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach—persistent, confident, and human
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-driven
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Resourceful problem-solver with strong follow-up habits
  • Applicants based in LATAM are a big plus, but not required
