Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
  • Conduct creative testing and audience segmentation to improve ad efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop high-performing ad creatives and growth strategies.
  • Use MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to track, analyze, and attribute campaign performance across app funnels.
  • Identify trends and insights to scale successful campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Participate in growth experiments to test new channels, tactics, and creative concepts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media buying, preferably with Meta and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience creating and managing paid campaigns for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Previous experience working with subscription-based mobile apps—especially in the wellness or fitness category—is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and interpret performance data daily.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale ad accounts — experience taking campaigns from $0 to $10K+ daily ad spend is a strong plus (but not a dealbreaker).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
