Your responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with external agencies handling paid acquisition and ensure alignment on performance goals.
- Monitor and review ad account performance across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, emerging platforms).
- Provide clear feedback to creative and copy teams based on campaign data.
- Ensure that copy, video, and funnel updates are consistent with overall direct response strategy.
- Act as the primary link between leadership, agencies, and internal teams to drive performance outcomes.
- Proactively flag issues, spot inconsistencies, and suggest solutions that align with the big picture.
- Support the scaling of new traffic sources and systematize processes for repeatable growth.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in direct response or growth marketing, ideally with DTC/e-commerce brands in the $10M–$50M revenue range.
- Strong grasp of direct response metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, CPA, contribution margin).
- Ability to review and understand ad account performance without needing to execute media buying.
- Familiarity with copy and creative best practices — able to recognize what works and why.
- Strong decision-making skills with proven ability to solve problems proactively.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, agencies, and performance marketing specialists.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot incongruencies and think strategically.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
