Key Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, and optimize seamless user interfaces and journeys for cutting-edge AI-driven applications.
• Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities, translating insights into impactful design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed user-centric principles into AI training and product workflows.
• Leverage data-driven methodologies to assess user behavior, iterating designs based on actionable insights.
• Create compelling visual assets and detailed documentation to support AI training and continuous development.
• Provide expert UI/UX input in training and validating AI models, ensuring usability and design accuracy.
• Communicate design decisions exceptionally well in both written and verbal forms to align and inspire remote teams.
