Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple client accounts or business units in collaboration with team
- Lead media buying initiatives that drive scalable growth while maintaining efficiency metrics
- Establish testing frameworks and optimization protocols for continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, product, automation) to align paid media with broader marketing objectives and standardize workflows
Account Management & Execution
- Manage monthly ad budgets across 5-10+ accounts simultaneously
- Execute campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization across multiple platforms
- Conduct regular account audits and performance reviews
- Implement advanced bidding strategies and budget allocation models
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
Optimization & Analytics
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing across ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Develop custom attribution models and reporting frameworks
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts or business units.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Level C1
Platform Expertise (Must Have)
- Google Ads: Advanced proficiency including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Expert-level knowledge
- Additional Platforms:
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B focus)
- TikTok Ads (emerging channel expertise)
Technical & Analytics Tools
- Analytics & Tracking:
- Google Analytics 4 (advanced)
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking implementation
- UTM parameter management
- Multi-touch attribution modeling
- Data & Reporting:
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Data Studio / Looker Studio
- Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- SQL basics (preferred)
- Marketing Technology:
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Marketing automation tools
- Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage)
- Call tracking software
- Ad management platforms (Optmyzr, Marin, Kenshoo)
