Responsibilities

• Develop and execute planning activities for data product deployment
• Implement standardized launch procedures for new data products
• Produce training materials and documentation for DxPA stakeholders
• Define, assist, and suggest enhancements to project and product request workflows
• Support capacity planning and monitor project milestones
• Enhance visibility of ongoing tasks via taskflow refinement
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders on status reports and process explanations
• Assess current SDLC practices, identify deficiencies, and recommend enhancement plans
• Guide teams to comply with optimized SDLC procedures
• Address inquiries related to project metrics and program oversight
• Extract data using SQL to support leadership information needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in Communication Management Process Definition
• Practical experience with Documents Management and Priority Alignment
• Knowledge of Program Management and Project Metrics
• Ability to utilize SQL for data analytics
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in assessing and improving SDLC processes
• High attention to detail with strong documentation abilities
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Looker for data visualization
• Experience engaging with DxPA stakeholders
• Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP
• Understanding of capacity planning techniques
• Background in data product rollout methodologies
