Responsibilities

• Analyze data issues and identify resolutions for the enterprise data warehouse
• Develop source-to-target mapping documents to outline data elements
• Load data points from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of ETL code by working with the ETL team
• Match ETL code with specifications from source-to-target mapping documents
• Validate data accuracy after movement into the data warehouse
• Support reporting teams in reconciling variances between the data warehouse and source systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and frameworks
• Expertise in ETL and BI architectures
• Capability to design and optimize Semantic Layer Reporting Views
• English communication skills at a B2+ proficiency level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center applications
• Familiarity with Guidewire Claims Center systems
• Understanding of SAP FS-RI tools
• Experience in working with SAP FS-CD solutions
• Background in the insurance sector
