What You’ll Be Doing
We are now looking for a Sales Manager based in Brazil to lead Wati’s LATAM sales team. This role will be fundamental to structuring our sales operations, scaling our impact, and driving sustainable growth in the region.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
This is a highly cross-functional role and requires collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the inbound & outbound LATAM sales team.
- Lead recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives (SDRs, AEs, Presales).
- Build and implement the outbound motion and teams in Latin America.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create integrated demand generation and enablement strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve CRM setup, build scalable playbooks for SDRs and AEs, and refine forecasting processes.
- Identify opportunities and market shifts in LATAM while staying fully aware of new products and competition.
- Operate with a strong weekly cadence, presenting clear revenue reports and forecasts to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in building and scaling sales teams in SaaS.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales
- Strong track record of implementing sales playbooks and driving operational excellence.
- Experience collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Success to accelerate growth.
- A leadership style that balances data-driven analysis with people development — bringing coaching, mentorship, and empowerment to the team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and vision to take ownership of Wati’s LATAM growth journey.
- Knowledge and experience with the WhatsApp Official API is a plus.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
