As a Staff Product Designer at QuintoAndar you will:
- Lead the development and evolution of our products and services, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, creating a unique and delightful experience in the Living segment (property search, scheduling visits, making an offer, moving, and living in a rented or purchased property).
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure a unique and delightful experience in the Housing segment (property search, scheduling visits, making an offer, moving, and living in a rented or purchased property).
- Work on a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and participate in decision-making.
- Work together with the engineering team for impeccable implementation of your projects.
- Use, collaborate on, and evolve our Design System.
- Participate in discussions and contribute to the development of the company's long-term design strategies.
- Give and receive feedback on processes and solution delivery within your product, design, and engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong prototyping skills to explore and materialize multiple design directions, in accordance with hypotheses based on user understanding, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
- Experience in the complete product development cycle, from problem definition to solution launch.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and launching relevant digital products.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cognitive psychology, research methodologies, and usage data.
- Experience mentoring senior and mid-level designers.
- Advanced/fluent English skills
