Technical Support Analyst at BairesDev

As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll provide assistance and contribute to resolving technical issues. You'll collaborate with team members, support the implementation of solutions, and help ensure quality customer service while developing your technical expertise.

What You'll Do:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Assist in incident resolution and collaborate with technical teams.
- Document technical issues and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Support senior staff in complex problem resolution.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely responses.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and customer service focus.
- Advanced level of English.
