Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Medalogix is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and closing key sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and cold calling strategies
• Proactively develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and craft tailored proposals to address client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed established targets
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, manage pipeline, and track progress
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an asynchronous environment to exchange feedback and insights
• Stay updated on industry trends and Medalogix solutions to provide consultative sales expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for healthcare industry exposure
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass ambitious sales targets
• Exceptional written communication skills suitable for asynchronous collaboration
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the discipline to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in SaaS sales or digital health solutions
• Experience engaging multiple healthcare stakeholders through complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with value-based care and healthcare technology trends
