Project Manager

Job Summary:

Medalogix is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will expertly guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and elevate project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Effectively monitor project progress and proactively report status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed defined quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and success.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in managing projects within a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working in healthcare technology or related industries.
• Track record of successfully leading remote, cross-functional teams.
