HOW WE IMAGINE YOU

As graphic designer you will be creating visually appealing and impactful designs for marketing materials, branding, websites, social media, and more. You will collaborate with creators, marketing teams, and other WeLearn people to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand identity and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Edit video content for websites, social media, video courses, and ads while maintaining brand consistency across all materials in adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist account teams with presentations for creative and new business pitches.
• Select appropriate styles and schemes to enhance watching experiences and emotional impact.
• Arrange visual elements, images, and text harmoniously to create visually appealing compositions.
• Communicate effectively with our creators and colleagues to understand needs, provide design updates, and incorporate feedback.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Video Editing or Graphic Design related background (studies, work experience, project experience or portfolio)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro is a must have 
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy is nice to have 
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Full working proficiency in English

• Location: Latam (Full Remote)
• Time zone: Argentina time - GMT -3
• Contract: Freelance contract / Contractor, full time.
