Who You Are

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to solving business problems, specifically within acquisition and cross-platform design.
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team.
- Design System Expertise: Proven experience using and contributing to a design system or component library. You should be comfortable working with tokens, components, and design system documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma. Experience using AI as part of the design process to enhance ideation, streamline repetitive tasks, and analyze user data is a plus.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A strong understanding of how to use data to inform and defend design decisions, as well as the ability to work with a range of metrics.
- Acquisition Experience: An understanding of key acquisition metrics (e.g., CAC, conversion rates, sign-up flows) and how to design for a high-performing user acquisition funnel.
- Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of user experience principles and design patterns for both web (responsive design) and mobile (React Native).
- An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us).
What You Will Do
- Design for Cross-Platform Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end design process for initiatives focused on user acquisition, ensuring a cohesive experience between our websites and mobile applications. This includes creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes for A/B tests, and new features to improve the acquisition flow.
- Create a Seamless User Journey: Take ownership of the user experience across all our digital touchpoints, including the main website and the mobile app. Your goal is to eliminate friction and ensure users can effortlessly move between platforms without losing context or progress.
- Data-Informed Design: Work with data scientists and product managers to analyze user behavior on both web and mobile platforms. Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of your work on key acquisition metrics.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and maximize conversion rates. You will be responsible for creating design variations for both web and mobile experiences and analyzing results to determine the most effective solutions.
- Contribute to the Design System: Apply and advocate for the use of our design system (web and mobile) to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all designs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing components and patterns within the design system based on your work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers to define project requirements and roadmaps. You will work side-by-side with a content designer on every deliverable, ensuring a "content-first" design approach. Collaborate with web and mobile engineering teams to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest quality.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to better understand the behaviors and pain points of prospective customers as they interact with our brand across different devices.
