Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data input into our deal management software
- Provide administrative support for the team and investor-related tasks
- Maintain Organized emails, make sure that everything is logged and ensure accuracy in data Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with team priorities
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles.
- Experienced and proficient in HubSpot, DropBox, and Google.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a transparent and supportive team culture. Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
