We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is a key remote role for a professional who can own and execute a comprehensive digital strategy from end to end. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and measuring the success of our organic and paid marketing campaigns, with a direct focus on optimizing for conversions and driving measurable growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You will be instrumental in building our marketing and analytics infrastructure, running experiments, and tracking the entire user journey—from a site visit all the way to a sign-up form.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and own the overall marketing vision, creating and launching both organic and paid campaigns across various platforms.
- Strategize and execute paid campaigns, focusing on optimization and ROI.
- Analytics & Attribution:
- Take ownership of our website's attribution, ensuring every site visit is tracked down to the conversion event.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize for conversion rates.
- Set up event-based tooling to create more granular and accurate attribution analysis.
- HubSpot & Martech Management:
- Leverage HubSpot as our core marketing platform, utilizing its full suite of tools to manage campaigns, run automations, and track performance.
- Manage marketing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Website & Tech Stack:
- Work with our custom-built website on the Next.js stack.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our website and tech stack support our marketing goals.
- Be a power user of marketing tools, with familiarity with event-based tooling like ExpandAll being a plus.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of creating and managing successful organic and paid campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- HubSpot proficiency is a must.
- Expertise in Google Analytics and other tracking and analytics tools.
- The ability to set up event-based tooling and analyze attribution.
- Mindset:
- A strategic thinker with a strong focus on conversion optimization and ROI.
- A hands-on doer who is passionate about running experiments and tracking data.
- A self-starter who can take initiative and manage processes independently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a remote team.
