Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences on different devices, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver a high standard of user-centric design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, and design seamless user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process.
• Participate in user research and usability testing, integrating user feedback into design improvements.
• Support the maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
• Contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous learning within the design team.

Key competencies:

• Solid experience in Web design.
• Solid skills in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Solid communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Proficient in discovery and prototyping, with a proven ability to lead solution development.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in high-performance design teams at scale
• Experience working on complex projects, cross-functional, that impact more than one squad or require collaboration between different disciplines and teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently driving projects forward with minimal direction
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and basic English conversation
• This is a global position in the Americas with the possibility of working remotely.
