Senior Content Experience Designer

What you will do:

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives and user journeys.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms - web & mobile applications, AI applications, and user interfaces.
• Create conversational flows that feel natural, empathetic, and effective for chatbots, collaborating with data scientists and developers to refine and improve conversational interactions.
• Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to tailor content accordingly.
• Design the structure and organization of content to ensure intuitive navigation.
• Maintain brand voice and tone, writing standards across all content.
• Create content that is accessible and inclusive, adhering to accessibility. 
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve content.Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and integrate content seamlessly into the product.

What we are looking for:

• Advanced/Fluent English
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Conversational design experience.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• User research methodologies.
• Information architecture skills.
• Ability to adapt content to different platforms and formats.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• UX Writing: Focusing on microcopy and interface language within applications.
• Author content in design tools like Figma.
• Apply brand, writing and design system standards to all content produced.
• Traditional UX Design experience.
• Portfolio required.
